Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
Before Development Starts: If you cancel your project before any development work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative or consulting fees incurred.
Milestone-Based Refunds: If you’ve chosen a milestone-based billing plan, and work beyond a specific milestone has not started, you may request a partial refund for the unused portion of the project.
Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services and no substantial work has been completed, a refund may be issued after internal review.
🚫 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind or project scope after development begins
Delays caused by client in providing materials, feedback, or approvals
Completed design, coding, or development work that meets the approved specifications
Services delivered through third-party providers (e.g., hosting, licenses, integrations)
